Institute for Building Technology and Safety (IBTS)  

IBTS, a national non-profit organization focused on strengthening communities, has been dedicated to helping build a resilient future for Puerto Rico since 2017 hurricanes. Chearamy is employed by IBTS as their Project and Community Development Manager, where she provides project management as well as federal grant activities, including developing and managing Damage Assessment Reports (DAR) and Cost Estimated Formats (CEF) for small and large Projects.

Habitat for Humanity International

Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization that brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope. They advocate for affordable housing supporting sustainable development.

RESolutions is partnering with Habitat for Humanity in the creation of a short, illustrated guide addressing basic considerations when approaching repair projects in earthquake-prone areas. This guide will allow and easy reference for identifying seismic resiliency retrofits.
